The upcoming 2019 Bach Festival – a conversation with Artistic Director Alejandro Hernandez-Valdez.

The 2019 Victoria Bach Festival, one of Victoria’s iconic events, begins June 1. The festival celebrates its 44th year with a week of concerts all around Victoria featuring performances at breakfast, lunch and in the evening. Many of the concerts are free. In a conversation with artistic director Alejandro Hernandez-Valdez, he discusses the benefits of having the festival named for J.S. Bach, talks about some of the featured concerts and explains why the final concert will feature his favorite symphony, Beethoven’s Seventh!

Bach Festival director Nina DiLeo also talks about the free concerts and the Grammy award winning concert by Los Aztex that will be held at DeLeon Plaza.

Fire Marshal offers advice for business owners wanting to expand or remodel their business. Fire Marshal will host a round table discussion on these types of projects on May 9, 2019.
